Can Agıle Methodology survıve wıthout DevOps Technıques?
To maintain business needs and adapt to the speed of the market of new features requires agility, automation and continues delivery techniques throughout application development life cycles. Many believe that Agile means Scrum and DevOps means Continuous Deployment. Agile and DevOps can make these terms sound very different. However, Agile is more about process and methodology whereas DevOps focuses on how to reduce time to market with automation mechanics. In some cases, agile is creating more confusion especially in highly regulated environments (i.e financial sector, health industry) with respect to audit and security. Now, the question is how to overcome these barriers to implement Agility. This talk will explain the relationship between Agile and DevOps and the mechanisms of DevOps that require Agile methodology or Agile activities that require DevOps techniques. Collectively, we will seek an answer to the main question.
